[AIO] unify arch/i386/kernel/semaphore.c and arch/x86_64/kernel/semaphore.c In order to simplify development of the aio_down() patches, the x86-64 and i386 semaphore implementations are merged into one file in lib/semaphore-sleepers.c by this patch. This patch should result in no changes in functionality as both copies are almost identical.
